In 2018, I stood where you might be now. I hesitated to embrace my calling, unsure of my goals and unable to see my path clearly. But in 2019, fueled by courage, I took the leap and launched my practice. Drawing on my own successful entrepreneurial background, natural talents, and continuing education, I dedicated myself to helping business owners reclaim their time and defy hustle culture. Ultimately, focusing on success with significance.

As I immersed myself in this journey, I discovered a passion for supporting financial advisors, recognizing the need to redefine the landscape of the industry. I committed to providing value without expectation, fostering authentic connections among advisors and challenging traditional narratives. Now, I'm here to offer you a different path—one that honors your unique journey, values, and definition of success.

  • I’ve been married over a decade to my incredible husband Chad.

  • We share two children, Bailey and Barett.

  • We live on a farm with birds. A lot of birds... like more than 40.

  • Before I was a strategy enthusiast for financial advisors, I was a business coach. But even before that, I got my degree is in Exercise Science and ran my own personal training company. I like to say supporting people has always been my thing.

  • I like to play pickleball, powerlift, and make fresh bread.

Meet The Team

Ashley Erickson

BUSINESS STRATEGY & OPERATIONS PARTNEr

Ashley plays an integral role in both the strategy and day-to-day operations of Byers Strategy Group. Working in partnership with Alicia, she helps shape how the company operates, how clients are supported, and how ideas are carried through from strategy to execution. Her focus on performance, processes, and deliverables helps ensure the business continues to grow without losing the thoughtful, personalized approach at the heart of its work.

With a strong background in business operations and administrative leadership, Ashley brings a perspective that spans both sides of the business: what it takes internally to deliver great work and what clients need to feel supported throughout the process. Her education in Business Management and Human Resources adds another layer to that perspective, particularly as Byers Strategy Group continues to grow and evolve.

Before joining Byers Strategy Group, Ashley spent eight years living in Germany and traveling throughout Europe before settling in the U.S. with her family. Outside of work, she’s usually with her husband and two (soon to be three!) children, fitting in a CrossFit workout, or exploring the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Amy Cureton

As part of Alicia Byers’ team, Amy works behind the scenes to help turn strategy into action. She tracks the moving pieces, captures next steps, and helps bring projects to life.

Her background is a little unconventional (which is exactly how she likes it). Amy has worked in hospitality leadership, accounting, business operations, and the non-profit world, giving her a pretty useful ability to see both the big picture and the tiny detail everyone else forgot. She holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and has a particular talent for making complicated things feel a little more manageable.

Outside of work, Amy is usually keeping up with her two young boys, attempting to drink her coffee while it’s still hot, squeezing in yoga or a hike, reading something she probably won’t finish before bedtime, or dreaming about her next trip. Originally from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, she still has a serious appreciation for mountains, fresh air, and getting outside whenever possible.
